- Choose Your Order: Select the order with the item you want to return.
- Click to Start the Fun: Hit the “Initiate Return” button and follow the bouncing ball – we mean instructions!
2.2 Guest Returns
No account? No problem! If you checked out as a guest, reach out to our Customer Support team at sales@petzico.com or by clicking the Whatsapp chat option on the bottom right corner of the window. They’re eager to help you with your return!
2.3 Return Shipping
We all know, all returns have a negative impact on the environment, and also on business viability. While we’d love to provide free return shipping to every pet lover out there, though currently, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 📦🚚

3.1 Online Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges are a breeze! Here’s how:
- Log In to Your Account: Same as for returns – log in!
- Go to the Orders tab: Click on ‘Order History.’
- Select Your Order: Choose the order with the item you want to exchange.
- Click to Start the Pawty: Hit “Initiate Exchange” and follow the flow!
3.2 Guest Exchanges
Guest shoppers, you’re included too! Just contact our Customer Support team at sales@petzico.com, or by clicking the Whatsapp chat option on the bottom right corner of the window and they’ll get the exchange paw-ty started!
3.3 Exchange Shipping
Good news! We’ll cover the shipping cost to send the replacement item to you! 🎉🎁
4. Purr-fect Refunds 🐱💰
4.1 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. We aim to keep things simple and hassle-free!
4.2 Quick Processing Time
We know you’re excited to get your refund, so we’ll make it snappy! Expect your refund to land back in your account within 10 business days after we receive your return.
4.3 Refund Amount
Your refund will include the purchase price of the awesome products although any applicable taxes if already been paid to the government would have to be deducted. The refund amount will not include any discounts, promotions, or shipping charges too.
4.4 Gift Return Happiness
If you received an item as a gift, don’t worry; we’ll send the refund to the gift giver in the same way they paid. No awkward conversations needed!
5. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items 🚫
We want to be honest and upfront about a few exceptions:
- Customized or Personalized Items: Items made especially for your pet’s unique style are non-returnable.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items marked as clearance or final sale at the time of purchase won’t be eligible for returns. Though we can help with exchanges when needed, just reach out to our awesome customer support team on mail or whatsapp chat and they’ll surely help.
- Hygiene Products: For the well-being of all fur-friends, hygiene items like pet food, grooming products, and litter boxes can’t be returned.

If your fur baby receives an item that’s damaged or just not up to their high standards of quality, contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right, and we’ll even cover the return shipping cost.
7. Cancellations and Changes 🐾🔄

Changed your mind? No worries! Contact our Customer Support team ASAP, and we’ll do our best to cancel your order before it goes out for delivery.
7.2 Cancellation Fees
There are no cancellation fees if you cancel before we ship your order. If it’s already on its way, simply follow our easy return process.
